Souvenir Shop Opens!

There were plenty of great items to look at in the Souvenir Shop. All the souvenirs were on display and then the take away boxes were piled on shelves right up to the ceiling.

Finished Bracelet

The finished bracelet turned out great. The production tubing has now been proffessionally machined down into bracelets. The inside and outside edges of the bracelets have been chamfered so that it is not such a hard edge.

Production Tubing

This is the raw piece of production tubing used for Bracelet #01. 

Production tubing is used to draw oil and gas out of the ground. 

The tubing  came from a well known as Defiant Pembina 3-12-49-12w5. Defiant refers to the company that owns the well, Pembina refers to the region where the well was drilled and 3-12-49-12w5 refers to the Alberta Township System (ATS) for referencing legal land descriptions in the province. 

This particular well is about 1500m deep.
